One-stop web portal and child databank

While supporting the participating children, families and schools, the Project also plans to collect data through an electronic platform, as well as establishes a child databank for data analysis and policy advocacy in the future. Therefore, the Project id designed based on rigorous research: gathering baseline data prior to interventions, collecting the required data during the Project period, and consolidating the results after three years for scientific analysis, in order to establish the best model of early childhood intervention.

The Project will establish a one-stop web portal as a platform for knowledge transfer, information provision and support, amongst schools, teachers and parents. In addition, cloud technology will be employed in information management to enable multi-disciplinary teams and other stakeholders to access unified dataset. The integrated data and strategies will hopefully be widely applied to territory-wide programmes as a starting point for big data foundation the medical, education and welfare sectors.
