“Invest Early: The Role of Schools” Teacher’s Professional Development Conference

To strengthen the professional development of teachers, improve school environment and enrich curriculum to foster a quality learning atmosphere, KeySteps@JC will organise the “Invest Early: The Role of Schools” Teacher’s Professional Development Conference on 26 January 2019. With the HKSAR Government representative as the officiating guest, the Conference will gather various heavyweight overseas and local early childhood education experts, including Professor Kathy Sylva, Dr Angel Chan, Professor Cynthia Leung and Professor Nirmala Rao, etc., to discuss topics on practical skills in early childhood education, inclusive learning environment, school-family collaboration and classroom quality enhancement. In addition, representatives from the education, social welfare and medical sectors will share their experience in the aspects of “Play”, “STEM”, “Diversity” and “Health”.
